Sub Atomic Particles

ree

Sub Atomic Particles are composed of Neutrons (is neutral and has no charge), Protons (has a positive charge), and Electrons (has a negative charge). Neutrons and Protons are made up of smaller components called quarks (which gives rise to their charges or lack of) and gluons, which holds the quarks together that create Neutrons and Protons and is works very much like it's name implies; like a glue. The electron is a fundamental particles (it can't be broken down any further) and is much smaller in mass than a proton (over 1800 times smaller in size).

These subatomic particles come together in different combinations to create different elements/atoms.
