Hello. I'm Dr. Koda and I'm the founder of Ecliptic Vortex Health. The very reason that this business and myself exist is to bring enlightenment, balance, and healing to those who wish to understand science, the human body, and health in a way that is broken down, that regardless of education level or age, you will be able to understand concepts that have been made to seem complicated. The reality is, life isn't complicated. We, as humans, beings with free will, have made life complicated.

Throughout this blog the aim is to give you micro doses of information, that takes minimal time out of your day, but you will leave with bite sized knowledge that will gradually help you fill in the blanks. I understand that as a society we are overly stimulated by technology and we can have the attention span of goldfishes (I still do at times myself...so I understand your pain!), so I strategically have put these articles together, so that while I have your attention, you are learning and getting free value.
