Super Easy Sourdough Bread Recipe

Usually when you think of yeast free bread a loaf that is extremely dense and multi-purposes as a doorstop and a brick comes to mind. (It was rough up until getting to this point of my craft, and man, did I fail!) Many people , because of their diet have chronic issues of thrush, and yeast infections.
