1. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal.
Payment Terms
Payments for services and products must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. For subscription services, payments will be automatically billed on a monthly basis.
Billing Cycles
Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing cycle starts on the date of the initial purchase.
Disputes

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Medicines: Due to safety and regulatory concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds if product has been opened. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Services/consultations are eligible for a refund if canceled before appointment occurs or before services are rendered or within 7 days of purchase, based on which occurs first.
Process for Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us at Hasinahkoda@evhealth.org with your order details and reason for the refund. Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products, digital downloads, and opened supplements, are non-refundable.
